Define
the Future of Learning

The following are a list of key themes that currently guide our research. If you want to learn more or have an idea for a collaboration, connect with us below.

Learning in 2030

What are the teaching, training, and/or learning experiences that will enable success for the next 5, 10, or 20 years? How can we measure the impact and efficacy of those experiences?

Unlocking Learner Potential

What are some ways that we can leverage learning science, psychology and/or neuroscience to better support learners to achieve better results? Are there ethical implications in leveraging such techniques?

Leveraging Learning Spaces

How will learning spaces support teaching, training, and learning for the next 5, 10, or 20 years? What role will emerging technologies play in those learning spaces? What role will physical/virtual locations play in those learning spaces?

Supporting Indigenous Learning

How can indigenous ways of learning be incorporated or leveraged to reach more learners, including those who are remote, and to improve the outcomes they are able to achieve? How can indigenous leaders and others provide insight to assess the impact and efficacy of those ways of learning?

Ensuring Academic Integrity

With the ever-changing landscape of technology, means of access, and modalities of learning, what can be done to ensure that academic integrity stays at the core of the work that is done by education providers? How can we measure and validate academic integrity? How can we be proactive to achieve better results?

Improving Mental Health

How can we better support the mental health of faculty, students, and/or employees? How can the impacts of mental health be better understood and measured? What techniques can be used to make a positive change? What are the ethical implications in leveraging those techniques?
