The Skill Shift provides critical perspectives on professional skills development in a world of accelerated workforce and industry changes in which corporations face important challenges as they seek to support lifelong learning.
Guests from some of the most innovative global companies share their unique approaches to learning and development on The Skill Shift with host Malika Asthana. Every two weeks, a new episode will offer fresh insights into how these creative businesses are re-imagining workforces for today and helping to better prepare them for the future, while attempting to address critical skills gaps in their industries.
