TORONTO – September 15, 2025 – D2L, a global learning technology company, has announced the appointment of Kevin Capitani as Senior Vice President of Employee Training Sales and Strategic Initiatives.
With more than 30 years of leadership in learning and technology and deep expertise in strategy, business process improvement, customer success, and go-to-market execution, Kevin is an exciting new addition to D2L’s team. In the past, Kevin has led teams across Fortune 500-1000 companies as well as advised startups on business development and go-to-market standardization.
As the former president of Pearson North America, Kevin drove the company’s digital transformation and operational efficiency. Prior to that, Kevin spent more than 20 years at SAP, including as Chief Operating Officer, during which time he built and restructured business units across industries and regions.

Kevin is experienced and results-driven, with consistent success in every aspect of the market – from increasing revenue streams and leading major business transformations to building successful strategic frameworks.
