D2L was named a 2022 Candidate Experience (CandE) Award winner. The global learning technology leader was recognized as having one of the highest positive candidate experience ratings in North America. This is the fourth year in a row D2L has achieved this honor.
The Candidate Experience (CandE) Award recognizes achievement in recruitment and delivering exceptional experience for employment candidates. The program helps companies improve their candidate experience while promoting the positive experiences of recent candidates. The award is presented by the Talent Board, a non-profit research organization founded in 2011.

The 2022 CandE Award win comes on the heels of other D2L company culture award wins. Recently, D2L’s focus on diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) and culture was recognized by the Dallas-Fort Worth Association Executives with the IDEA Award, which honors companies that have created space for the voices least heard. And, earlier this summer, D2L also received two finalist nominations by the Canadian HR Awards in the Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion, and Best Workplace Culture categories, in partnership with HRD Canada and Canadian HR Reporter.
