Please note: This is a hybrid role, with expectation of being in the London office (SW11 8BZ) at least 2 days per week. 

The People and Culture Generalist will be responsible for managing various aspects of the People and Culture function internationally.  You will play a crucial role in supporting employees and the Senior Director International & Head of Strategy, People and Culture.

You will be handling various tasks across several People and Culture disciplines with enthusiasm and attention to detail, and working with an amazing global People and Culture team to deliver an outstanding employee experience!

Major Responsibilities (How You Will Make an Impact):

  • Act as a Business Partner Generalist for the International team working with the Senior Director International & Head of Strategy, People and Culture
  • Generalist
    • Be the go-to person/triage point for employee related questions for international
    • Conduct get to know your leader sessions for International. Create summary/notes/themes and share back with Senior Director International & Head of Strategy, People and Culture
    • Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding of new employees
    • Partner with Senior Director International & Head of Strategy, People and Culture on People Plans, MOU’s, organisation structure changes etc.
    • Partner with Senior Director International & Head of Strategy, People and Culture during merit and talent review e.g., distribution of letters, co-facilitate calibrations
    • Competency/job profile review/creation for International in partnership with Senior Director International & Head of Strategy, People and Culture
    • Lead the site leader program for People and Culture
    • Assist with and facilitate Training and Development within the International teams
    • People and Culture Administration, handling various administrative tasks

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills, written and oral communication, and analytical skills
  • Able to collaborate with people leaders and employees to identify and resolve issues that achieve a balance between business needs and employee needs and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Engaging and a strong communicator with a focus on relationship building and maintaining a positive company culture
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; appreciates the importance of data integrity, time management and can prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Passionate about People and Culture and committed to creating a positive employee experience
  • Confident, approachable and have the capacity to understand multiple perspectives and cultures, possessing a high degree of tact and diplomacy
  • Experience using an HRIS and proven ability to work with MS Office tools
  • Strong generalist HR experience in a standalone role
  • Must be knowledgeable on key legal issues associated with HR practices (Preferably, but not essential in all EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific)
