– Tracey Arndt, Senior Director, ProposalsI never imagined the incredible journey I was beginning when I first joined D2L over 10 years ago. I started in a junior position and have been consistently encouraged, supported, and challenged to solve interesting problems, grow as a person and leader, and have an impact on the world. I’ve had so many incredible mentors over the years (many of them women), and the number of genuine friendships I’ve gained is even greater.
– Wayne Benjamin, Senior Manager, FacilitiesIt’s the culture and being able to contribute to it. I enjoy the people I interact with daily and always learn something from them. It’s great to see the passion that folks have as I’m going about my day. I also love the understanding of work/life balance that leadership seems to foster.
– Malika Asthana, Senior Strategy and Public Affairs Manager, D2LJoining D2L at the outset of the pandemic, I was unsure of what to expect from an unexpectedly remote role. Over the past four years, I’ve thrived in this environment, growing through opportunities to work across the business to develop our thought leadership agenda on the future of work and learning. I’m incredibly grateful to be a part of the Strategy team, where my leadership supports my development and makes every day enjoyable with their warmth and commitment to continuous growth and learning.
