The Corporate Operations teams are vital to D2L’s long-term success as a business. These teams handle unique and diverse challenges, united by one common thread: putting D2l in the best position to succeed. Whether it’s delivering award-winning employee and candidate experience, setting our strategic direction, delivering winning proposals, or the many other areas of Corporate Operations – everyone is working together to keep D2L at the forefront of transforming the way the world learns.


D2L’s legal team works cross-functionally to ensure compliance, manage contracts, and support D2L’s business activities, including Proposal Management.

Corporate Strategy

D2L’s corporate strategy team is comprised of specialized individuals who work to steer the strategic direction of D2L, ensuring our place as an innovator in the world of EdTech. This team is comprised of specialists in strategic intelligence, new ventures, sustainability, public affairs, and our D2L Labs team.

Corporate Development

D2L’s Corporate Development department explores strategic decisions to help D2L grow, and manages our strategic partnerships.

People and Culture

D2L’s People and Culture team, “PnC,” is passionate about the employee experience. Practicing what they teach – PnC regularly sets aside time for team bonding through coffee chats, events, and games that help generate an award-winning employee experience. PnC encompasses everything from Talent Acquisition, Systems and Services, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning and Development and Business Partners.


D2L’s finance team supports the business in a broad array of activities like internal accounting, tax analysis, financial planning & analysis, and payroll management. These teams are essential to ensuring the financial sustainability of D2L.
