Dr. Sambhavi (Sam) Chandrashekar is Global Accessibility Lead at D2L, where she drives disability inclusion as a business growth strategy—enabling market expansion, regulatory compliance, and revenue acceleration for education partners worldwide. A former faculty member at the University of Toronto and other Canadian universities with 10+ years in inclusive design teaching and research supervision, she now bridges academic rigor with executive impact. She continues to advise doctoral students at three Canadian universities while shaping how global institutions turn accessibility into competitive advantage through her Shift-up Accessibility framework.
