Brightspace Sandbox is an empty course shell where teachers create and build courses in a secure learning environment. It’s a great place to try out Brightspace features and practice using its various functionalities. Set up a grade book, add content, make a quiz or two—just have fun. And yes, if you build something you want to use in your course, it can easily be exported.

Mrs. Delsnyder adds, “At the beginning of adopting the Brightspace classroom, it’s a little intimidating if you go from only in-person teaching to, here’s a computer,” but thanks to Sandbox, “I didn’t feel pressure like someone else could see it.”
