Global learning technology company D2L today announced that Supporting Families Together Association (SFTA), a Wisconsin statewide not-for-profit, has selected and recently implemented D2L Brightspace to help support a more accessible experience for their learners.
STFA, who signed a new contract with D2L in February 2022, provides services and support to thirty-one member agencies across the state of Wisconsin that positively impact children, parents and child care providers. SFTA and their nine Child Care Resource & Referral Agency (CCR&R) members deliver training and continuing education programs for childcare providers. STFA selected D2L Brightspace to help make education and learning more accessible to early childhood providers who may have limited time or need flexibility to take supplemental training and continuing education.
“Our last system couldn’t keep up with our organization’s needs. With D2L Brightspace, we’re excited to be able to grow our operation and reach more people,” said Amanda Austin – LMS Administrator -SFTA. “A key feature child care providers were asking for was the ability to access training on their cellphones, and now we’re able to deliver on that. Brightspace is allowing us to provide more accessible, engaging, flexible learning experiences for providers across the state.”
