As work and learning continue to evolve, adapting to business and learner priorities is key to L&D success. Recent research by Josh Bersin and NIIT, found that agile learning organizations are 59% more likely to grow, 27% more cost-efficient, and deliver significantly higher engagement and retention.

Creating adaptive, flexible learning experiences offers great potential to support the needs of the modern learner and your business.
