Job Summary:
The Campaign Desk, Marketing Operations role is a key connector across the organization — keeping a pulse on team bandwidth, campaign execution, and cross-functional alignment. This person ensures seamless coordination across marketing channels by managing intake, triaging requests, and surfacing risks before they impact delivery. You'll be responsible for maintaining visibility into campaign activity and team capacity, supporting operational efficiency, and helping drive performance through structured processes and reporting. How will I make an impact?
- Campaign Desk Leadership: Act as the go-to point of contact for cross-functional teams and marketing leadership, communicating team bandwidth, campaign status, and surfacing risks early.
- Program & Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing programs and campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, web, etc.), ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery. and optimize marketing strategies
- Request Triage & Intake: Manage incoming non-marketing and cross-functional requests, triaging them against current priorities and campaign timelines.
- Bandwidth & Resource Tracking: Maintain visibility into team capacity, monitor workload distribution, and flag potential resource constraints.
- Process Improvement: Develop, document, and continuously improve standardized marketing operations processes to increase efficiency and scalability. Leverage tools like JIRA and other project management platforms to enhance execution.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Partner closely with stakeholders across marketing, external partners, and operations to align campaign activities and ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.
- Marketing Automation: Administer marketing automation systems to streamline campaign workflows and ensure database accuracy.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure that all campaign communications and marketing activities meet legal standards and privacy regulations.

Suggested Qualifications/Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management
The expected base salary range for a new hire in this role is listed below. The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry. As part of the total compensation at D2L the role may be eligible for additional benefits including a Wellness Subsidy, Equity Grants, Variable Incentive, and more.
