Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the beta last?
The beta is expected to run through July 2026. Our goal is to gather enough feedback to confidently move toward a general–availability release later this year.
How do I provide feedback?
You’ll have multiple ways to share your thoughts throughout the beta:
- Surveys: We’ll send periodic surveys (cadence to be finalized) to gather structured feedback.
- Direct support: Your CSM and account representative are available for any general questions or input outside the surveys.
- Product manager sessions: Every six weeks, participants will be invited to join virtual sessions with the product manager to discuss experiences, ideas and feedback.
What are the expectations of a beta participant?
We ask participants to stay engaged and focus on the key features outlined below. Your involvement helps us build a stronger, more effective product together.
- Source Course Development
- Role-Based Access
- Content Reuse Updates
- Navigation and Usability
- Use Case Awareness
How much time will I need to commit?
Your weekly time commitment will vary based on your level of engagement. Early in the program, expect to spend a bit more time on onboarding and learning the tool.
Should I expect bugs or issues?
Yes! Encountering bugs and limitations is a normal part of any beta (and honestly, part of the fun). These limitations strengthen the product for launch. We encourage you to report anything you find and share how you came across it so we can address it effectively.
What happens after the beta program ends?
There’s no interruption. The beta will evolve into General Availability (GA). Beta customers will retain access and benefit from expanded functionality as the product continues to mature.
Can I share my experience with others who are not participating in the program?
We kindly ask that beta participants do not share or discuss details of the beta program with those who are not participants. We’re excited to share the product that you helped shape once we reach GA.
