This session introduces how Data Hub works and shows how you can use local, privacy-focused tools to generate meaningful reports from your exports. While not turnkey, these approaches offer a practical alternative to enterprise solutions, helping you unlock insights with tools you can control and manage yourself. 

Build the essential troubleshooting skills every D2L Brightspace helpdesk team needs. In this session, participants will work through high-frequency support cases involving course access, classlist and section confusion, quiz resets, grade calculation concerns, and hidden content. Attendees will leave with a structured triage model, stronger diagnostic habits, and practical strategies for determining when to resolve an issue directly and when to escalate it.
