This session will discuss how a micro-credentialing strategy can support ongoing professional development and personalized learning pathways that focus on needed skills and support individuals in their personal and career goals. The session will: provide a context for microcredentals, discuss how badges can demonstrate the acquisition of skills and learning, and provide essential components of a microcredentals strategy.

In this session, we will explore the role of AI in education – how AI can personalize learning experiences, empower educators, and foster a more inclusive and equitable learning environment for all learners. We will also account for the ethical implications of AI and the guardrails that need to be established to ensure fairness and transparency.
