Jess Donati is the Membership Manager at the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales. She has been working in member associations for 15 years with roles varying across all areas of the business, providing her with a broad range of skills and knowledge. Specialising in customer experience, membership, process improvement, technology utilisation, digital strategy, projects and database management. Over the years, she has completed hundreds (if not thousands) of projects focusing on improving the customer experience, member recruitment and retention, member engagement, as well as reducing the admin burden on staff members by harnessing the power of technology to assist with every day processes.
Angela started her working career as a Legal Assistant and later as a banking paralegal, her natural business sense found their application as she left the legal industry and joined a trades and services business. Here she took over the general management of the office and was very successful in turning around in-house practices to increase workflow efficiency. Realising this was not quite the right challenge, she moved into the Not for Profit Sector where she found her passion for helping Associations and their teams to showcase and improve their successes and innovations. Her natural sense of organisation lends itself brilliantly to the creation of innovative events that promotes these channels of success.
