D2L has made a pledge to support the NFB nonvisual web accessibility program. We aim to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to annually test and certify D2L’s learning environment against the NFB’s standards, reflecting our belief in building inclusive design into our research and development practices.
D2L was the recipient of first place in the Learning Management Systems category, a Best in Category Award for learning management that was based on the results of the 2010 IMS Learning and Education Technology Satisfaction and Trends (LearnSAT) survey.

D2L has received the prestigious MarCom Platinum Award in recognition of conference material and special event plans for our annual users’ conference, Fusion. Winners are recognized for their excellence in terms of quality, creativity, attention to detail, and resourcefulness.
