Organizations all approach learning differently. Sometimes those differences are based on organizational choices and sometimes they’re simply based on the maturity of the organization. In our experience, we’ve found that an organization’s learning journey can be categorized in three stages.
The maturity curve starts with basic content delivery. That can be learning in a classroom setting or the early stages of online programs. That’s followed by a gradual evolution to focus on personalized learning that engages people and builds engagement in the workplace. From this point, the stage is set to develop enhanced productivity through integrated experiential learning programs.
