How does the D2L Champions program work?
D2L Champions share their experiences by participating in various activities including success stories, video testimonials, event speaking opportunities and more. Champions accumulate points with each activity completed. As points accumulate, Champions can redeem the points for rewards that can include entry to D2L and industry events, swag and more.
Who can participate in the D2L Champions program?
All D2L customers can participate in the program. This program is not intended for students or other end users.
Is it free to join the D2L Champions program?
Yes, there is no cost or minimum participation threshold requirement to join the program.
My colleague or organization is already in the D2L Champions program. Do I still need to enroll?
Yes. D2L recognizes and awards each individual for their participation in program activities. Points are earned and redeemed at the individual level instead of being pooled at the organization level. Individuals who engage in the Champions program will earn badges, leaderboard status, and rewards.
How do I earn and redeem rewards?
All rewards are earned and redeemed at the individual level. If you’re unable to accept rewards through your institution, you have the option to donate to a charity instead.
How is the Champions program different from the Brightspace Community?
The Champions program partners closely with D2L Community but offers a more exclusive opportunity to recognize and celebrate innovative learning leaders, amplify their achievements, and provide unique ways to share experiences and earn rewards.
