Chief Learning Officer Learning in Practice Award
Humanitarian projects need support from aid workers, but they have a lot to learn before they can work in the field. ICF worked with D2L to design a blended learning experience to prepare volunteers for rapid deployment—helping to respond faster in post-disaster situations.
IMS Global Learning Consortium about the IMS Global Learning Consortium
D2L Platform and Standards Architect Viktor Haag received the IMS Technical Excellence award recognizing an individual with significant and sustained participation to create and publish an IMS standard. Contributions include authoring and reviewing the specifications, developing reference implementations, and providing a cross-specification perspective.

Dr. Nancy Robert, EVP and chief product and marketing officer, was awarded the Innovation Award. The award is presented to learning executives who have applied innovative practices, processes, and/or technologies in order to address an organizational opportunity.
