This year, we have two Connection events in Australia, in Brisbane and Melbourne, on the 12th and the 14th of September, respectively. The Optimisation Services team will have a booth at both events, and our D2L Brightspace experts will be available to answer any of your questions about the services we provide. John Mason, manager, optimisation services international, will also be sharing a session with Forrest Duxbury of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand about the benefits of working with a Brightspace expert.

The title of the session is ‘Harness the Power of Partnership’. In it, John Mason will be providing an overview of Optimisation Services (formerly known as Technical Account Management).
Our global team has grown over the past several years due to strong client demand, and our Optimisation Services team now provides several different services, including not only Technical Account Management (TAM) but also Learning Administration Management (LAM) and Learning Analytics (formerly known as Data Services Consultancy).
During the event, you will be able to discover more about our different services by visiting our booth. We recently relaunched a suite of new Learning Analytics packages that we’re excited to tell you all about.
Technical Learning Management
In addition to the services above, we will be announcing a freshly minted service at our Connection event in Australia. Available to APAC and EMEA clients only, the new Technical Learning Management (TLM) service is specifically geared towards our small-to-midsized clients and offers aspects of both TAM and LAM services in a single named resource. Our larger clients have benefited from these services for years. Now, our smaller clients can also benefit from having a premium managed service—at a price point that reflects their needs.
