Try D2L Brightspace

We have created this sandbox environment to provide you with a space to explore and practice using Brightspace tools.  While live courses cannot be hosted here, it's a great opportunity to discover how Brightspace can support your teaching and learning goals and get inspired with ideas for your own course. 

In this environment, you will have access to 4 courses:  

1. Sample Elementary Course: See how an elementary-level course can be structured and get inspiration for your own setup
2. Middle/ Secondary Course: Preview a secondary-level course layout and explore ideas for your classroom
3. Build your Course: Follow step-by-step guidance to complete key startup tasks like posting messages to learners, creating learning materials, and more!
4. Beyond Brightspace Core - Creator+: Discover Creator+, a powerful content authoring package that allows you to craft engaging, accessible, and instructional sound content with ease

Anything you create in this sandbox can be exported to your school board’s Brightspace environment where your students are already enrolled. To access your Brightspace course(s), follow these steps: 

• Visit https://www.d2l.com/k-12-ontario/ 
• Select your school board from the dropdown list 
• Use the provided URL and log in with your school board username and password
