Dr. Lance Ford
Educational Advocate for Zoom
Lance teaches at Howe High School in Howe Oklahoma and is an adjunct instructor for Carl Albert State College in Poteau, OK where he leverages a variety of tools to engage learners both live and on-demand.
As a technology trainer, Lance has had the opportunity to train over 30K teachers from Afghanistan to Australia and Canada to Brazil in the effective implementation of video technologies into the classroom. Although he has been teaching via synchronous remote video for over 20 years, Lance’s focus is on impacting individual students and helping them attain their maximum potential through the personal interactions made possible with various technical tools.
Lance has been named Wal-Mart regional teacher of the year, Oklahoma Technology Administrator’s Technology Director of the Year, and the recipient of the Polaris Award for Excellence in Teaching. Additionally, Lance received the Gold Leadership Award from the United States Distance Learning Association in the spring of 2008. In 2014, he received recognition from the Oklahoma Higher Education Council on Information Technology.

Part of D2L’s early team, Kenneth is responsible for D2L’s advisory board program, which involves working with top executives, administrators, and educational leaders across the company’s customer base. He is also responsible for analyst and thought leader relations, acting as an advisor to D2L’s senior executives and product leadership group on behalf of the institutions D2L serves.

Senior Instructional Technologies Lead
Lauren Keefe is the Sr. Instructional Technologies Lead at West Chester University of PA. Her role oversees support and development of instructional technology systems. Lauren has a BS in Web Design and Interactive Media, an MSEd, and a Cert in Instructional Learning Technologies. Lauren is teaching Web Design at Immaculata University and has been an adjunct at various Universities. Lauren's passion is to provide campuses with insights and efficiencies to teaching and learning with technology.
Instructional Systems Developer
Carla Tamburro is an Instructional Systems Developer at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She implements and maintains LMS integrations and uses vendor APIs to build custom LMS and data solutions. Carla has a BS in Computer Science from WCU and an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction Design from City, University of London.
