D2L, a global learning technology company, announced today that the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) has selected D2L Brightspace to deliver its leading fitness and exercise science certification programs.
ISSA has been a leader in the industry for over 20 years certifying professional fitness trainers, personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, nutritionists, aerobic instructors, and many others. D2L Brightspace is perfectly suited for these non-traditional, self-paced and skills-based learners.

ISSA will also begin to leverage Brightspace as it expands its model to serve fitness businesses and other organizations, as well as individuals.
