The Desire2Learn family of companies, leading providers of mission-critical enterprise eLearning solutions, has announced the formation of its K-12 Advisory Board. The Advisory Board will hold its inaugural meeting today. Goals of the Board are aligned with the company’s goals of client success, innovation, collaboration, relentless improvement, advancing online learning, teaching technology, pedagogy and ease of implementation. Meeting quarterly, the Board, composed of experts representing diverse schools, districts, states and provinces from various countries, shall be governed by approved guidelines and provide a measured, impartial view of trends, thought leadership, functions, value added services and support needed to start, implement, grow and meet the rapidly evolving needs of K-12 online education programs.

“Through sharing their collective knowledge and expertise the K-12 Advisory Board members are providing an immeasurable service to further the successful implementation of eLearning initiatives in the K-12 arena,” says Kristie Clements, Ed.
