D2L Fusion Health and Safety

We’re thrilled to welcome you to Fusion 2022!

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have developed the following health and safety plan so that our attendees, exhibitors, partners, venue personnel, and D2L team can create an inspiring and engaging experience with health and safety top of mind.

We hope the guidelines below answer your questions.

Given the evolving nature of COVID-19, our health and safety plan as well as COVID protocols are subject to change. Please refer to this page for updates to the plan.

Venue and Partner Health and Safety

  • Our venue, Boston Marriott Copley Place follows Marriott International cleanliness guidelines and protocols as well as city and state guidelines. Learn more about Marriott’s Commitment to Clean here.

  • We are working closely with our partners to ensure their compliance with all federal, state, local, and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines.

Pre-Event Precautions

Please adhere to the following requirements prior to your in-person attendance at Fusion 2022:

  • Follow relevant guidance provided by the WHO and your local health authority
  • Adhere to government-issued travel restrictions and regional guidance from both the region you will be traveling from and the region you will be traveling to.
  • Prepare your proof of COVID-19 vaccination. You will be required to show or display proof on-site that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. We will accept WHO-approved vaccines. You must receive your final vaccine by July 5, 2022, for in-person entry to Fusion 2022. We will not be storing or keeping any health-related data.

  • Complete a self-assessment and symptom check with the CDC’s Coronavirus Self-Checker. If you have any symptoms, please stay home.

  • Pack masks. Masks are required in all indoor Fusion spaces.
  • Read our Code of Conduct. By attending Fusion 2022, you accept and agree to abide by our Code of Conduct and Fusion 2022 Terms and Conditions.

Additional Pre-Event Precautions for Exhibitors

Please adhere to the following requirements prior to your in-person attendance at Fusion 2022:

  • Check your booth density. If social distancing is not possible at your booth, take every possible precaution to minimize the risk of aerosol transmission.
  • Plan to provide hand sanitizer at your booth.

Event Precautions

Please adhere to the following requirements for in-person attendance at Fusion 2022:

  • Show or display proof of vaccination and your government photo ID at on-site check-in. We will not be storing or keeping any health-related data.
  • Properly wear a mask at all times, except when eating
  • Complete and show proof of a self-screening each day before entering the event space
  • Follow all COVID-19-related guidelines posted at the venue
  • Follow relevant guidelines provided by the WHO and state and local health authorities
  • Respect socially distanced room setups
  • Use the hand sanitizer stations throughout the event venue
  • Go to the event registration desk if you feel unwell or experience flu-like symptoms
  • Allow extra time (we suggest 30 minutes) for registration on your first day, and carefully follow signage designed to ease traffic flow
  • Check-in at your designated time. We will provide more information closer to the event dates
  • Adhere to our COVID Escalation Policy

Post-Event Precautions

Please inform [email protected] if you test positive for COVID-19 up to 14 days after returning home. Be prepared to provide your full travel itinerary and your health symptoms.
