Description
We all have our own insecurities and biases against ourselves. Often we aren’t even aware of these biases, they live in our unconscious. Those biases are sometimes there to protect us from harm, but what happens when they are holding us back from reaching our potential? Building our awareness of our own personal biases can help us to overcome them.
In the final part of our webinar series on Tackling Women’s Unique Needs in Leadership Development, we explored:
- Internal biases that are common among women;
- How our biases can hold us back from achieving our true potential;
- How our biases affect our leadership and influencing capabilities; and
- Potential methods to help female leaders recognise and overcome detrimental biases.
