You will play a key role in helping with the day-to-day administration of our People and Culture systems, reports and dashboards!

Get in on the cutting edge of People and Culture (PnC) data, where you will play a key role in helping with the day-to-day administration of our People and Culture systems, reports and dashboards, and where you will get to interact with employees as you help them out with any systems related questions and work collaboratively with the rest of our PnC team.

The Systems Coordinator, People and Culture is responsible for supporting our Senior Systems and Data Analyst with the general administration of our Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including the maintenance of system reports and dashboards, and helping to update system processes and background configurations. You will also support the delivery of standard weekly and monthly PnC reporting packages and dashboards, as well as completing ad-hoc requests for the PnC team and PnC Business Partners as needed.  You will assist in answering and troubleshooting system related inquiries and supporting any HCM evaluation and implementation related activities.

HOW WILL I MAKE AN IMPACT:

Systems and Reporting:

  • Support the Senior Systems Admin with HCM system maintenance and administration, including updating system processes, workflows, vacation entitlements, job titles/departments, and running/creating ad hoc and operational reports
  • Assist with the maintenance of a variety of reports and dashboards via Power BI / Dayforce (HCM) / Greenhouse (ATS), monitoring dashboard refreshes and trouble-shooting failures
  • Assist with regular operational reporting
  • Help administer Time Away from Work (TAFW) policies within the system
  • Assist with testing and reviewing system releases for possible issues
  • Assist with documenting and maintaining various processes with a strong focus on identifying process efficiencies
  • Help maintain data integrity within and across systems, conduct system audits and reconcile discrepancies with other functional areas to ensure data accuracy
  • Respond to general employee inquiries through our HCM help inbox, troubleshooting solutions as needed
  • Maintain confidential employee data and ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance of HCM database
  • Other duties as required 

PnC Projects:

  • Assist with PnC’s Employment Equity initiative, including monitoring and maintaining collection form, running reports, and any other systems related Diversity & Inclusion activities
  • Support the HCM evaluation and implementation process, including documentation of current / future – state processes, coordination of stakeholders and tasks, data mining, testing and training, and other related project activities
  • Partner with our Talent Acquisition team on the ATS Standardization project, ensuring data governance and data integrity best practices are being followed
  • Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including coordinating / project managing various PnC initiatives

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

Competencies (What you’ll bring to the role):

  • 1 year of related HR/co-op experience working in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Comfortable working with an HCM or similar employee management software systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process efficiency mindset
  • Technical aptitude for systems administration and working with data
  • Some experience with qualitative and quantitative data reporting
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and proven ability to work with other MS Office tools
  • Prior experience with Dashboard software such as Power BI/Tableau an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail; understands the importance of data integrity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strength in organizing and coordinating multiple activities and projects at one time, while effectively managing changing priorities
  • Business acumen and curiosity

Education Recommendations:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Human Resource Management and/or Business Administration related field
