The Corporate Demand Generation Manager is responsible for generating awareness, planning, organizing and executing programs that generate demand, and advance opportunities, for specific, targeted verticals. The successful candidate will have strong writing and presentation skills and be capable of running integrated, multi-touch marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will focus their efforts on generating demand by developing one to few and one to many tactics to develop awareness in targeted verticals. The Demand Generation Manager will understand targeting and segmentation to ensure programs generate more qualified accounts and convert at higher rates.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will focus their efforts on generating demand by developing one to few and one to many tactics to develop awareness in targeted verticals. The Demand Generation Manager will understand targeting and segmentation to ensure programs generate more qualified accounts and convert at higher rates.

How will I make an impact?

  • Create a targeted strategy to support our account-based marketing/selling efforts and drive brand awareness
  • Develop pipeline generation and acceleration programs for specific, targeted verticals and contacts
  • Communicate and optimize the impact of marketing activities across marketing and sales
  • Drive one to few marketing initiatives to accelerate pipeline growth
  • Monitor and optimize account journey to ensure content/messaging is delivered at the right time in the marketing funnel and sales channels are following up in a timely manner.
  • Build marketing tactics that will engage prospects from no awareness down the sales funnel to successful conversion
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas with consistent iteration on what’s landing, what’s not
  • Align marketing efforts and sales to define the target audience in marquee accounts to drive demand
  • Working with sales, develop plays that increase conversion rates throughout the sales funnel

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B demand generation, ABM or campaign marketing role
  • Proven ability to execute multi-touch full funnel marketing activities with measurable outcomes
  • Experience in planning, communicating and executing integrated campaigns, including tactics like live events, digital programs, social networking and 3rd party advertising.
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with frequent changes and tight deadlines
  • Strong skills with Salesforce, specifically building reports and producing actionable insights. Demandbase experience is a plus.
  • Experience in EdTech, and corporate learning and development is a plus.
