1. Learning Groups
Using Learning Groups can allow you to assign specific topics to specific groups of learners based on learning or access needs. It’s a neat way to push out the most innovative and up-to-date content to those who would be the most interested in it.
2. Awards and Badges
Issuing merit-based awards as learners progress through material can help you personalize learning and recognize the progress people make.
For example, giving a badge to someone who goes to every webinar in a given quarter or year—that’s kind of a big deal! Plus, it can make them want more. Do they get another for perfect attendance next year? You can also issue certificates to people when they pass pre-certification or certification exams that they can share with current and future employers as well as their social and professional networks.

3. Automated Messages
Another feature your association may be interested in is the ability to proactively send messages based on predetermined criteria using the Intelligent Agents tool. You can use this feature to remind people to log in after a certain number of days, give a virtual “high five” to high achievers, or notify members that they qualify for a bonus course. Your automations can even do the enrolling for you, something that works especially well with the virtual conference model.
